SHAREHOLDER INFORMATION

Pressed in Time founder and owner, Mark Coleman, recently took a decision to bring on board new investment partners. Moss Ngoasheng through his family investment company (Temo Capital), and Jamie Hollins through GCP Corporate Finance have come on board as equity partners holding a 42,5% interest in the holding company.

In identifying the appropriate business partners, Mark was looking for business people with the skills and expertise to assist him in growing the company to the next level. Moss and Jamie hope to assist the company and identify new growth opportunities, both in its core business, and through the introduction of ancillary services and products. Mark believes that the strengthening of the shareholder base and capital structure will provide store owners with the knowledge and comfort that Pressed in Time, as a company, remains on a very solid footing.

Mark Coleman

Mark is the founder of Pressed in Time.  He has taken the company from its roots as a single store operating in Weltevreden Park, Johannesburg into the household name that it is today.

Moss Ngoasheng

Moss is CEO of Safika Holdings (Pty) Ltd, one of South Africa’s
pre-eminent empowerment companies, and is one of South Africa’s most distinguished business people. He served as economic advisor in the Presidency from 1995 to 2000. He also served on the African National Congress’s economic policy unit for a number of years. He is the chairperson of The Kelly Group, a listed human resource and skills provider group. He is a member of the board of Dimension Data Africa & Middle East, South African Breweries, Investec Property Fund and Business Leadership South Africa. He is a member of Harvard University’s Index of African Governance Advisory Council.

Alex Murrin

Alex joined Pressed in Time in 2004 following a successful career in banking. Alex continues to have an integral role in the development and support of our stores.

Jamie Hollins

Jamie is a director of GCP Corporate Finance and Growth Capital Partners, a specialist advisory and private equity management business. He is a qualified CA (SA) and has over 13 years experience in corporate finance and private equity in South Africa.
